What does this mean?
Two thousand years ago, an edgy rabbi from Galilee gathered a group of losers and started traveling from town to town, stirring up trouble in synagogues, hanging out with social outcasts, healing the sick, casting out demons, and getting into fights with the powers that be. Five hundred years ago, a snarky and faithful German monk named Martin Luther started causing trouble in the name of Jesus in Germany and throughout Europe.
Here’s the thing — the Holy Spirit is always up to something. Always challenging our assumptions. Always troubling people in power. Always working toward justice. Always calling us to repentance. Always raising us to new life. Always reforming … reforming us, reforming our church, reforming our society. Together we’ll draw from God’s Word and our confessional foundations to dive deep into this ongoing work of Reformation.
Five Easy Steps:
#1. Distribute the Individual Registration Form to all participants. Your church’s Primary Leader will use the forms to complete the registration online. You’ll need to submit these forms when you check-in Friday, January 19. Remember to collect any Scholarship Applications now.
#2. After collecting forms from your group, the Primary Leader completes the Group Registration Summary Form. Pay close attention to the second page which directs you to assign rooms for each of your participants.
#3. Using forms from Steps 1 and 2, click here to register your group online.
#4. Next, your Group Registration Summary Form and any scholarship applications must be included with your non-refundable deposit of $110 per participant. Make checks out to the Delaware-Maryland Synod with “RoadTrip” and your congregation name in the memo line. Deposits must be postmarked by December 15, 2017 and sent to:

#5. That’s it! Once your deposit is received, the Primary Leader will receive a confirmation letter by email. Balance due on your payment for this event is due on or before RoadTrip begins.

- For cancellations received by December 15, 2017, the non-refundable deposit may be returned.
- For cancellations received by December 29, 2017, non-refundable deposits are forfeited and the remaining balance of the fee is forgiven. A refund will be issued if the balance has already been paid. Substitutions and additions can be made at the event registrar’s discretion.
- For cancellations received after December 29, 2017, participants are responsible for the full balance.
