Adaptive Leadership and Leading Change Webinars
Our Synod’s Adaptive Leadership Team conducted over 60 in person interviews and received over 130 responses to our survey last Fall regarding the biggest leadership challenges you all are facing. From that input one of the key items that was evident was that we would all benefit from additional training on both Adaptive Leadership and Leading Change in our congregations and ministries.
We are very fortunate to have Candy Maxwell, Chair of the Board of the Chautauqua Institute and an expert in adaptive leadership, to help us. Candy will be leading the following workshops. The Zoom link for all the webinars will be the same for each webinar. If you can’t make one of the sessions we will be recording them.
The format will be a one hour time slot, with presentation for ~45 minutes and Q&A for ~15 minutes. We hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity to learn and grow as an Adaptive Leader.
