The E-Letter is the primary way our synod communicates with all of our rostered ministers, members, ministry partners, friends, and neighbors. It is sent each Wednesday, with the exception of some holidays and other occasions, at the discretion of the editor.

NEW: In order to submit to the E-Letter, please fill out the submission form below. This is the only way submissions will be accepted, beginning October 1.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not currently publishing the E-Letter. We will update this page when we begin accepting submissions again.

Thank you for sharing what's happening in your congregation, organization, or neighborhood with our synod!
  • The date you select must be a Wednesday. Announcements will be included for up to two consecutive weeks.
    Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
  • Please share your announcement in approximately 75 words or fewer (email addresses and web addresses will be embedded and do not count toward this number). Make sure to include all of the important information, such as dates, times, locations, who to contact for more information, any relevant links, etc. You may include attachments below.
