From the Synod Constitution Bylaws and Continuing Resolutions: A Committee on Constitution and Bylaws shall study and report to the Synod Assembly its recommendations regarding all proposed amendments to the constitution, bylaws and continuing resolutions of this synod. The Committee on Constitution and Bylaws shall advise congregations on constitutional matters. It shall study and/or review the constitution, bylaws, and continuing resolutions. It shall review any proposed amendments to congregational constitutions and bylaws. The committee shall receive the actions submitted by the congregations and shall make a timely report of its work to the Synod Council.
