From the Synod Constitution Bylaws and Continuing Resolutions: The Leadership Mission Team (Mission through Leadership) shall seek to support the ordained ministers and rostered lay persons of this synod, those who are candidates for rostering, and all who serve or seek to serve in leadership positions within this synod.
